As the Founder and CEO of Zander Realty Group, Kyle has led his boutique firm to over $700,000 in GCI closed and pending in 2025, proving that you don’t need a big brand to make a big impact — just the right systems, mindset, and leadership.

A Director for both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), Kyle plays an active role in shaping the future of the real estate industry. His influence extends beyond transactions — he’s a mentor, motivator, and go-to trainer for brokerages, REALTOR® associations, and teams across New England.

As a speaker, Kyle is known for blending real-world experience with tactical teaching, delivering high-energy keynotes and hands-on trainings that empower agents to produce at the highest level. His sessions leave audiences feeling recharged, focused, and ready to take action — because he speaks from the perspective of someone who’s still in the trenches, building, closing, and coaching daily.

But Kyle's story didn’t start in a boardroom. Born and raised in Boston, he honed his natural sales skills selling CDs, snacks, and candy in high school. That entrepreneurial spark followed him to Northeastern University, where he studied Marketing Management, and later to EXIT Realty, where he ranked as a top-producing agent from 2014–2019. In 2020, he launched Zander Realty Group with a mission to deliver elite service, empower agents, and redefine what a boutique brokerage can be.

Kyle now speaks regularly on topics like leadership, lead conversion, agent accountability, AI integration, and building high-performance systems. He also coaches new and veteran agents alike, helping them develop the confidence and structure needed to thrive in a competitive market.
